Gary Hamel writes about “The Facebook Generation” and how it will alter traditional workplace politics and align them with Web politics. I particularly liked items #1, 2, 8 and 10. Don’t pull a “Cisco Fatty”

 

Have you heard about this trend on Twitter today? A very funny (and thoughtless) post from @theconnor about Cisco resulted in the company reneging on a job offer (thanks to the keen eye of Cisco employee @timmylevad). 
It’s such a bonehead move that there’s already a website called CiscoFatty.com.
